I was contacted through a friend that was looking to spruce up a space without the mess of construction. They wanted to turn the area into a bar for entertaining and through collaborative efforts and ideas, I had mentioned making the wall look like the brick from the fire place. They were slightly hesitant at first because I didn’t have any examples of previous faux work. The reason for that was I had never tried it, Not only were they impressed with the result, but the faux beam with the hand painted sign was an addition I attempted they loved, due to the personal touch. They were so impressed in fact, that I was contacted by her son whom had me paint a mural for his business a couple of years later..
